PEN PRODUCTION PROCESS
MAKING THE PEN
The manufacturing process begins with the realization of the pen, in ebonite, wood or resin. The choice of material is selected in order to obtain a quality pen and hold in time, a pen for generations. The drawings and paintings are partly done by hand and the principle of lacquer allows to obtain an aesthetic aspect for the pen, this method consists of a succession of lacquer and polishing, all done by hand. Long hours are required to arrive at the design and realization of a single pen. Each pen comes with a certificate of authenticity and a tracking number.
The pens are made in our workshops in France and mainly on La Rochelle.
